Yesterday,  The objective of the first show of a Russian Prime Minister in Luxembourg was to further deepen their bilateral relations, whether on political, economic, cultural or scientific level. Therefore, a number of agreements were signed.

Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel: “Russia has helped us in our history more than once to maintain our independence. I have assured Mr Medvedev that our people will never forget Russia.

The Russian Head of Government and I agreed that it is important to talk and discuss with each other. It is the only way to get to know better and find solutions to problems. That is why the political dialogue with Russia is very important. For this reason, I have also spoken to Mr Medvedev about topics such as human rights in Russia or the situation in Crimea.”
