Approach Latin America to Boost the Local Economy

In an interview with SEMANA, the businesswoman and coach in the luxury market for Latin America Lina Bustillo spoke about the challenges that foreign brands will have to enter the local market.

About ten years ago, the entry of foreign brands to Latin America had specifically focused on Brazil as a potential business since Brazilians would buy high-end products abroad and this also happens in most Latin American countries, especially buying in USA.

Furthermore, Brazil ranked as the third largest contributor to the growth of luxury consumption according to McKinsey & Co (2014).
