Belçika Üzerinde Kürdistan Bayrağı Bulunan Posta Pulları Bastı
Belçika’da, Irak Kürdistan Bölgesel Yönetimi Belçika Temsilicisi Dılawer Ajgeyi’nin talebi üzerine, üzerinde Kürdistan bayrağı bulunan posta pulları basıldığı 
belirtildi.
Belçika’da, üzerinde Kürdistan bayrağı bulunan posta pulları basıldı. Rudaw’a konuşan Irak Kürdistan Bölgesel Yönetimi Belçika Temsilicisi Dılawer Ajgeyi, yazışmaların resmi bir boyutta yapılması için Belçika Hükümeti’ne, pullarda Kürdistan bayrağının yer alması için talepte bulunduklarını belirtti.
Talebin Brüksel tarafından kabul edildiğini aktaran Dılawer Ajgeyi, “Sözkonusu pulu Belçika ve bazı Avrupa ülkeriyle yazışmalarda resmi olarak kullanıyoruz” dedi. Ajgeyi, “Kürdisan Bölgesi’nin bayrağının, Belçika gibi bir Avrupa ülkesinin posta pulu üzerinde olması önemli” dedi. Belçika’da, ülke içinde kullanılan pullar ile uluslararası yazışmalarda kullanılan pulların farklı olduğu biliniyor.
Öte yandan, Belçika, Irak Kürdistan Bölgesel Yönetimi’nin başkenti Erbil’de konsolosluk açmaya hazırlanıyor. Belçika Dışişleri Bakanı Didier Reynders, 9 Haziran’da Erbil’e giderek, temaslarda bulunmuştu. Reynders, IŞİD’e karşı savaşta “Peşmerge Güçleri’nin olağanüstü bir performans sergilediğini ve buna hayran kaldıklarını” ifade etmişti.
ABD öncülüğündeki uluslararası koalisyonda yer alan Belçika, IŞİD saldırılarından sonra Irak Kürdistan Bölgesel Yönetimi’ne insani yardımda bulunmak üzere 2 milyon euro ayırmıştı. Belçika hükümeti, hava operasyonları için Erbil’e F-16 uçakları, askeri malzeme ve uzman personel göndererek IŞİD’e karşı savaşta etkin rol oynuyor.
