Firmalara halkla ilişkiler, reklam, dijital medya, organizasyon ve danışmanlık gibi alanlarda hizmet 
veren etkin iletişim ajansı CitiPR’a Türk Standardları Enstitüsü (TSE) tarafından belge verildi. CitiPR bu sayede Türkiye’de reklam, organizasyon ve danışmanlık alanlarında TSE Hizmet Yeterlilik Belgesi’ne sahip ilk halkla ilişkiler ajansı oldu.
Yıllardır gerek yurt içinde gerekse de uluslararası alanda faaliyet gösteren birçok firmanın halkla ilişkiler ve organizasyon çalışmalarını başarıyla yürüten CitiPR, TS 13532 Organizasyon Hizmetleri, TS 9300 Reklam Hizmetleri ve TS 13573 Danışmanlık Hizmetleri kapsamında belge aldı. CitiPR, İstanbul Türk Standardları Enstitüsü İl Müdürlüğü tarafından verilen bu belge ile TSE Hizmet Yeterlilik Belgesi’ne sahip ilk halkla ilişkiler ajansı oldu. 1 Kasım’da düzenlenen törende CitiPR Kurucusu ve Genel Koordinatörü Derya Aslan’a belgeleri TSE Anadolu Yakası Hizmet Yeri Belgelendirme Müdürlüğü’nde Hizmet Yeri Belgelendirme Müdürü Metin İnal 
tarafından takdim edildi.
TSE ‘güven’ demek
İnal, Türkiye çapında bugüne dek yaklaşık 30 bin hizmet yeterlilik belgesi verdiklerini ifade ederek, “Enstitü olarak sektör kuruluşları ve dernekleriyle iç içe çalışarak günün koşulları doğrultusunda standartları belirliyoruz. Verdiğimiz belgeler firmaların gerek personel gerekse de altyapı açısından ileri bir seviyede olduğunu ortaya koyuyor. Her sektörde birçok firma hizmet veriyor. Enstitümüz bu firmaların çalışma alanlarına göre belirli kurallar oluşturuyor, standartları belirliyor. Böylece satış öncesi ve sonrası hizmet kalitesi saptanıyor. Bu belgeler, sektörel birçok alanda olduğu gibi hizmet sektöründe de kuralların olduğunu ve bunlara uygun hareket edilmesi gerektiğini ifade ediyor. Verilen hizmetlerin belirli kurallar ve çerçeveler içinde izlenebilir olduğunu, marka tanınırlığının arttığını, müşteriler nezdinde ise güven verdiğinin altını çiziyor” dedi.

TÜHİD verilerine göre Türkiye’de sayısı yaklaşık 120 civarında kayıtlı Halkla İlişkiler ve İletişim Danışmanlığı Ajansı var.
