Casio presents the Edifice EQB-501, a redesign of its first model in the Bluetooth Smartphone Link collection (EQB-500).

Like its predecessors, this new version connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth to the exclusive Casio Watch + application, through which the watch adjusts the current time with total autonomy.

The dialog through the dedicated application also allows you to establish a second time zone of your choice between 300 cities around the world (contained in a database of your own maps), the activation of daily alarms, the phone search function (phone search) and the ability to control incoming emails.

The main novelty of the application compared with the first version is the battery level indicator of the watch, which is useful information to know in advance when it will be necessary to expose the watch to a light source.

In fact, like all products in the Bluetooth Smartphone Link collection, the EQB-501 is equipped with the Tough Solar solar charging function.

The dial is composed of a double curved glass, which ensures optimal visibility of the time, and includes three screens: one dedicated to the second time zone chosen, whose hour and minute hands can alternate the displayed time with that indicated on the dial main, simply by pressing a button; another dedicated to the automatic calendar 12 / 24h; and another dedicated to the speedometer whose indicators engraved on the ring nut are the stylistic novelty of this model compared to the model.

Available in two different colors, the new model is a slightly thinner new design. Finally, one of the two versions is also characterized by the external ring nut with Ion Plating treatment.
