ABD merkezli News Corporation şirketinin sahibi Rupert Murdoch, Fransa’daki Charlie Hebdo saldırısının ardından attığı tweet’le Müslümanların tepkisini çekmişti.
Hesabına “Müslümanların çoğu barışsever olabilir ama içlerinde büyüyen Cihatçı kanserin farkına varıp ortadan kaldırana dek onlar da sorumlu sayılmalıdır” yazan Murdoch, gelen tepkiler üzerine açıklamalarını ‘düzeltmeye’ çalıştı.
Murdoch, Twitter hesabına tepkilerin ardından “Kesinlikle Müslümanlar sorumlu demek istemedim. Fakat İslam toplumu aşırılıkla yüzleşmeli ve tartışmalı. 10 binlerce cihat mağduru da aynı zamanda Müslüman. Ve milyonlar buna karşı savaşıyor. Bütün inanışlardan insanların tehdide dikkat çekmesi önemli” yazdı.
Fox TV’nin canlı yayın aracı da dün Ankara’da taşlı saldırıya uğramıştı.
