Except for Guangming, the rest of the companies have successively settled with HP. The jury found that the judge of the first instance ruled that Guangming needed to compensate Hewlett-Packard, and Guangming reiterated the defense of the company and its shareholders.
Guangming emphasized that only for customer OEMs and unhandled terminal prices, the US Department of Justice and the Taiwan Fair Society have determined that Guangming and its subsidiaries have not violated the unfair competition laws of the United States or Taiwan, nor have they been disciplined. The company’s business model for dealing directly with HP is different.
