Hollandalılar Sandık Başına Gidiyor
Avrupa’nın ve Türkiye’nin gözü, 2017’nin ilk seçimi için sandık başına giden Hollanda’ya çevrildi. Sandık başına gidecek olan 13 milyondan fazla seçmen, parlamentoda yer alacak isimleri ve hükümeti belirlemek için oy kullanıyor.
TSİ 9.30’da başlayan oy verme işleminin 23.00’de sonlanması bekleniyor. 150 koltuklu Hollanda parlamentosu için yapılacak seçimlere, 28 siyasi parti katılıyor. Bu partiler içerisinde liderliği mevcut Başbakan Mark Rutte’nin partisi VVD’nin alması beklenirken, onu az bir oy farkıyla ırkçı lider Wilders’in partisi PVV’nin takip edeceği tahmin ediliyor.Hollanda’da seçim kampanyası döneminde en çok konuşulan konular, mülteciler, göç ve İslam oldu. Önemli oranda oy alması beklenen Wilders, seçim kampanyası boyunca camileri kapatma, Kur’an’ı yasaklatma ve Müslüman ülkelerden gelen göçmenleri geri gönderme vaatlerinde bulundu.
Wilders’in seçim kampanyasında dile getirdiği bir diğer önemli vaadi de İngiltere’nin ayak izlerini takip ederek, Hollanda’yı Avrupa Birliği’nden ayırmak için bir referandum düzenlemek oldu.
Başbakan Rutte ise kampanyası süresince ‘Hollanda değerlerini’ öne çıkarttı. Rutte, seçime kısa bir süre kala Türkiye ile yaşanan diplomatik krizi de Wilders’den oy çalmak için bir fırsat olarak kullandı.
Hollanda, seçim sistemi bir sonucu olarak yıllardır koalisyonla yönetiliyor. 150 koltuklu parlamentoda 76 koltuklu çoğunluğu sağlayan koalisyon hükümeti kurabiliyor. Ancak tabiki seçimden lider çıkan partinin lideri, öncelikli olarak hükümeti kurmakla görevlendirilecek.
Bu konuda Hollanda’da birçok partinin Wilders’in PVV’sine karşı ortak bir tutumu var. Seçime giren partilerin hemen hemen hiçbiri, Hollanda değerlerine ters buldukları ırkçı Wilders ile koalisyon kurmak istemiyor. Bu da Wilders’in seçimden lider çıksa bile, hükümet kuramaması anlamına gelebilir.
Rutte’nin partisinin, Hristiyan Demokratlar veya Sosyal Liberallerle koalisyon ortaklığına girişmesi en önemli ihtimal olarak görülüyor ancak haftalar sürmesi beklenen koalisyon pazarlıklarında bazı küçük partilerin de kilit rol oynayabileceği belirtiliyor.
