House of Cards Kills off Kevin Spacey Character Frank Underwood
The fate of the character played by Kevin Spacey, removed from the series, is revealed in a new teaser.
On November 3, 2017, Netflix announced that it had removed Kevin Spacey from “House of Cards”, which he was the main actor, following charges of sexual assault accumulating against him.
The series was not dead as Robin Wright, who plays his wife, was confirmed at the helm of the 6th and final season. It remained to be seen how Frank Underwood disappeared from the screen. The verdict fell on September 5, two months before the broadcast on Netflix (November 2): Mr. is six feet underground.
In a new 24-second teaser, Claire Underwood (Robin Wright) is seen talking to her husband. “I’ll tell you that, Francis. When they bury me, it will not be in the back of my garden. And when they come to pay me homage … they will have to queue, “she says, looking at the camera.

Claire Underwood is in a cemetery where you can see Frank Underwood’s grave very clearly. It says: “Francis J. Underwood, 1959-2017, 46th President of the United States of America”. The writers have therefore chosen the radical solution, that is to kill the main character of “House of Cards”. It remains to be seen how and why this one is dead.
