Kia ilk kez 48V dizel hafif hibrid sistemi güç aktarma organlarını 2018’in ikinci yarısında tanıtacak.
EcoDynamics + olarak adlandırılan Kia’nın hafif hibrid sistemi, Mild-Hybrid Starter–Generator ünitesini kullanarak 48 voltluk aküden elektrik gücü ile hızlanmaya yardımcı oluyor. Sportage ve Ceed modellerinden ayrı olarak, diğer modellere de kolaylıkla entegre edilebiliyor.
Kia’nın hafif hibrid teknolojisi kompakt bir 0.46 kWh 48 voltluk lityum iyon batarya ve yeni bir Mild-Hybrid Starter-Generator (MHSG) özelliğine sahip. Sistem, motor ve jeneratör modu arasında elektronik olarak değişiyor. Dizel motorun krank miline bir kayışla bağlanan ve hızlanan MHSG motor motorundaki güç aktarma sistemine motor gücü ve emisyonları azaltarak 10 kW’a kadar elektrik enerjisi desteği sağıyor. “Jeneratör” modunda, sistem, vites değiştirme ve frenleme sırasında aracın kinetik enerjisini topluyor ve pilleri yeniden şarj etme gücünü kullanıyor.
48V hafif melez aktarma organları, Kia’nın daha geniş gç aktarma elektrifikasyon stratejisinin bir parçası olarak piyasaya sürülen ilk yeni teknoloji. Kia, 2025 yılında, beş yeni hibrid, beş plug-in hibrit, beş akülü-elektrikli araç ve 2020 yılında yeni bir yakıt hücresi elektrikli araç dahil olmak üzere, 16 ileri güç aktarma aracını piyasaya sürmeyi planlıyor.
