Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said they will provide loans to Turkey after signing the relevant agreement in the field.

“Russian President Vladimir Putin said everything, conditions were approved, documents will be signed, and credits will be provided shortly after signing the agreement,” Siluanov said.
