Russia’s Trade Balance Grew 1.6 Times
The positive trade balance of Russia in the period from January to July of this year increased by 1.55 times (by $ 40 billion), to $ 112.2 billion, according to the materials of the Federal Customs Service (FCS).
As it became known, Russia’s exports for the period increased by 27.9% to $ 249.1 billion.
In turn, Russia’s imports in January-July 2018 increased by 11.8% to $ 136.9 billion.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Economic Development has lowered the forecast for the growth of investment in Russia from 3.5% to 2.9% this year.
As it became known, the growth of investments in fixed assets since April has been adversely affected by the deterioration in business sentiment.
