This is the first AI computer that fits in your pocket

The Tiiny AI Pocket Lab Unveiled last December at CES 2026 is officially the world’s smallest mini-PC capable of running complex language models without relying on the cloud. These unprecedented capabilities have been certified by Guinness World Records.

Tiiny AI designed by the American startup, technological marvel measures 14.2 x 8 x 2.5 cm and weighs 300 grams, easily fitting in a pocket or the palm of your hand. Despite its small size, the device can locally run language models with over 120 billion parameters entirely offline, achieving real-world decoding speeds of over 20 tokens per second and providing users with subscription-free access to AI.

To operate, the Tiiny AI Pocket Lab is equipped with a 12-core ARM processor and an NPU delivering 160 to 190 Tops. The system integrates 80 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, which is unique for this form factor. The device supports open-source models, such as Llama, Qwen, DeepSeek, Mistral, Phi, and GPT-OSS, via one-click installation, with regular OTA (Over-the-Air) updates.

Furthermore, two internal technologies improve efficiency by distributing workloads and reducing unnecessary activations. TurboSparse manages sparse neural activity to preserve capacity while improving speed, while PowerInfer distributes calculations between the CPU and the NPU.

Its power, lightness, and portability, the device can be used anywhere—at work, at home, or while traveling—where other solutions require compromises between mobility and efficiency.

Another key strength is that the Tiiny AI Pocket Lab was designed for use without prior technical training, thanks to an intuitive interface, clear controls, and simple, understandable visual feedback that make it easy to operate.

Finally, the device features learning capabilities that evolve its functionalities over time, multi-step reasoning that delivers better performance on complex tasks, and bank-grade data encryption that guarantees complete confidentiality.

A launch planned for next month

With all these advantages, this innovation could become the new benchmark for portable intelligent analysis devices. The first models will be available on Kickstarter next February. You’ll need to shell out $1,399 to acquire a Tiiny AI Pocket Lab, which is more than reasonable considering that the 80GB of LPDDR5X memory inside is worth nearly $900 on its own.

This deliberately low price aims to encourage the adoption of local AI by the general public, away from expensive servers, at a time when issues of private data security and the cost-effectiveness of cloud services have become paramount.
