A real estate company enters into a partnership with the Turkey “Serdur” to establish a factory in Saudi Arabia

Al-Andalus Courtyard Real Estate Development Company announced the conclusion of a partnership with the Turkey “Serdur International” group, which operates in the field of (decoration and manufacture of luxury furnishings), according to which the Turkish group enters the Middle East markets, especially Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Andalus Court stated in a statement today, Tuesday, that this partnership aims to establish a base for the “Serdur” company in Dubai, in addition to establishing a factory in Saudi Arabia with initial investments in the range of $10 million.

Saleh Tabakh, CEO of Al-Andalus Courtyard Real Estate Development Company, said that indicators within the real estate market in Dubai call on companies to develop their businesses and enter into partnerships that help seize the attractive opportunities that have constantly existed within the market in recent years.
