Apple to Reopen 100 US Stores…

Apple to reopen 100 US stores, some of which can be entered with thermometry and wearing masks.

Apple Inc.  announced on the 26th that it will resume operations at approximately 100 stores in the United States, which had been closed due to the epidemic of the new coronavirus. Most of the business forms are curbside pickups (order online and receive products outside the store), but some stores will resume in-store services under safety measures.

It is mandatory for customers and employees to take temperature measurements and wear masks at stores that restart in-store services. Apple will supply customers who do not have a mask. Limit the number of people entering the store to comply with social distance (social distance).

The policy is to allow customers to touch the products as before, and thoroughly disinfect the store.

Apple is gradually reopening the closed stores in light of the local new corona infection situation. In the United States earlier this month, operations resumed at multiple stores in Alaska, Idaho, and Alabama.
