“Bentley Motors” selects female students participating in its international initiative “Exceptional Women” for the year 2023.

 Bentley Motors has announced the names of the students who have been selected to participate in the 2023 edition of its ‘Extraordinary Women‘ initiative, an international mentorship program committed to inspiring and developing the skills of the next generation of young women leaders, particularly female students. In the fields of engineering, design, technology and business administration.

As part of Bentley‘s broader commitment to diversity and inclusion under its Beyond100 strategy, the Extraordinary Ladies program has been designed to encourage women to seriously consider a career in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and the automotive sector.

Four students have been carefully selected from leading UK universities, including Loughborough, Bath, Warwick and Manchester Metropolitan, as well as our partner university in Saudi Arabia, Dar Al-Hekma University. The students will now join this outstanding program which will include mentorship by women of many accomplishments – who are pioneers – and will culminate in a private visit to Bentley’s headquarters in Crewe, England.

During an informal event in Saudi Arabia in May, Bentley introduced the selected students to the mentors (programme leaders) who confirmed their commitment to the ‘Exceptional Women’ initiative, each of whom was carefully grouped with the four students.
