Yanina Agatiello is the managing partner of the company, dedicated to the manufacture, engineering and commissioning of industrial machinery. With the support of Banco Nacion, it managed to expand from Rosario to all of Argentina.

Yanina Agatiello is a managing partner of ING Company, a company dedicated to the manufacture, engineering and commissioning of special machines and devices for industry in general. It began operating in 2008 in Rosario, Santa Fe, and has currently expanded to all of Argentina.

ING was founded with the aim of providing fast and efficient technical support to industries that needed solutions in this field. Initially, it focused on white goods, where it managed to establish itself as one of the main suppliers, and later expanded to the health and food sectors.

Within the company, Yanina began working in the administration and marketing area, and currently works as Administration and Finance Manager. She is also president of the Gender Commission of the Association of Metallurgical Industrialists of Rosario.

“I found that I had some problems that I needed to share with my peers, with other women who are also in charge of a company. You can share your problems and come to understand and solve all these issues in a different way,” she said.

ING launched an investment plan to install a new plant in Rosario. It will focus on development and innovation, especially in the field of knowledge science, and will have a new business unit thanks to the credit lines for investments and working capital from Banco Nacion.

“I have to thank Banco Nacion for the support and trust it gave us in a loan for the expansion of the plant. For us it is very important as an SME, since we are growing and betting on the Argentine industry,” Yanina said. .

ING currently has a specialized engineering department and a variety of state-of-the-art machines. It has 25 employees, although it plans to create more jobs from the opening of the new plant.
