Jeff Bezo And his Partner Lauren Sanchez in Colombia to Fight Against Climate Change

Since this Wednesday, Colombia was surprised by the news of the arrival of Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, a pioneer company in sales through the internet, to the national territory. The tycoon, one of the richest men on the planet, arrived in the country accompanied by his partner, Lauren Sanchez.

The main reason for Bezos’s arrival in the country, according to what has been established, is because the tycoon and his partner would be interested in knowing details of the country’s fight against climate change and to see up close some of the strategic areas of the ecosystems of the country.

The former CEO of Amazon is accompanied in Colombia by Lauren Ssnchez, the woman with whom he shares his life, defined internationally with a successful personality for her talent and decisions in the professional field.

Sanchez is a journalist, television presenter and owner of her own company, with which she has managed to become a millionaire, achieving success long before she became a partner of Bezos, whom she would have known since before they both separated from their previous relationships in 2019 .

She was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 52 years ago. From a humble background and being dyslexic, she managed to establish her own company dedicated to aerial filming in 2016: Black Ops Aviation.

“It’s a male-dominated space,” she once told the Hollywood Reporter. “But there is nothing physical about flying a helicopter. It doesn’t matter how tall you are. There’s no reason there shouldn’t be more women,” she claimed at the time.

“I come from nowhere. I used to sleep in the back of my grandmother’s car when she went to clean houses and I’ve been lucky enough to have a career,” she explained to the Hollywood Reporter. “Working is part of my DNA. I enjoy it, and now I want to contribute.”

She pursued her studies at the University of Southern California and gained renown in the United States when she became an entertainment reporter and news anchor, landing work for The View and Fox News. Before that, she debuted as an assistant on a television network in Los Angeles and came to Extra, a channel dedicated to the lives of celebrities that catapulted her to fame. She also got to cover sports sources in 1999, the year in which she was nominated for an Emmy Award.
