Modi Government, 58 Ministers Including PM Sworn in

The Modi government has again taken control of the country. Narendra Modi took oath as prime minister on Thursday evening in Rashtrapati Bhavan.

With them 57 ministers also took oath and oath of secrecy. At times, there are several specialties in Modi’s team, in which both experience and young enthusiasm have been given preference.

After the strong win, Modi’s effective team is now full-fledged. In the 2014 team 36 faces again got chance and 21 new faces were included in the team in which the name of former Foreign Secretary S. Dr. Harsh Vardhan has been given the responsibility of the Health Minister. Prakash Javadekar has been given the responsibility of Ministry of Environment and Forests. Piyush Goyal has been made Railway Minister. Dharmendra Pradhan has been made Petroleum Minister. Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has been made Minister of Minority Affairs. Prahlad Joshi has been made the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs. Mahendra Nath Pandey has been made Skill Development Minister.

Ram Vilas Paswan has been made Food Minister. Ravi Shankar Prasad has been made Law Minister. Harsimrat Kaur Badal has been made Food Processing Minister. Thavarchand Gehlot has been made Social Justice Minister. External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has been made Union Human Resources Minister. Arjun Munda has been made Minister of Tribal Affairs. Smriti Irani has been made Minister of Women and Child Development.

Amit Shah has been made Home Minister. Rajnath Singh was made defense minister Nirmala Sitharaman has been given the portfolio of the Finance Ministry. Nitin Gadkari has been made Minister of Roads and Transportation.
