Swiss with Draft Cake Cola Sauce

An easy-to-fix New Year’s dessert that goes home with everyone. This playful dessert is like a swiss, though better. Ginger cooked pears are accompanied by meringues, ice cream, dough cake and cola sauce. Buy the cookie ready and the swiss goes extra fast.

2 pears eg Conference
2 cm fresh ginger
3 dl water
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cup whipped cream
15-20 meringues
1 finished cookie cake (approx. 400 g)
1 l vanilla ice cream
1 cup cola sauce
1 1/2 dl frozen lingonberry

Scale and kernel from the pears. Cut into about 2 cm pieces. Scale and slice ginger thin.
Boil water, sugar and ginger. Add the pear pieces and simmer for about 2 minutes or until soft. Let the law cool.
Whip the cream.
Strain away the layers from the pears. Pour out the meringues on a large dish. Break the cake into pieces and put on. Distribute pear pieces and ice cream over.
