Tesla has released a short video showing the acceleration of its future Tesla Roadster as well as images of its interior and its amazing door opening system without handles.

Since its announcement in November 2017, the Tesla Roadster has not been much talked about, except for a flash of media Elon Musk has the secret, announcing that the electric coupe would have a “SpaceX pack” consisting of “ten small rocket boosters ” supposed to improve acceleration, cornering and braking. But for the rest, the details are still rare on the final version whose production is expected to start from next year.

Tesla and his bubbling executive have however a little satiated impatient at an investor meeting this week. We could discover the Roadster in more detail and a glimpse of its acceleration. For the record, Tesla announces that his electric car swallows the 0 to 100 km / h in 1.9 seconds and will exceed 400 km / h. Range autonomy, the Tesla Roadster could travel nearly 1,000 km with its battery 200 kWh.

The video below is the first to unveil the racing car in action on the road. It is neither very long nor very explicit, but we understand all the same that it grows hard. The acceleration performance announced by Tesla seems credible. Obviously, this will need to be confirmed with the series model by independent tests. But, in the meantime, these few images will delight fans.
