Catalan cream with lemon

It’s time to go to the discovery of the most traditional desserts  with this selection of sweet recipes highly appreciated by the French.

STEP 1
Bring the milk to a boil.

2ND STEP
Remove from heat and bake cinnamon, lemon zest and vanilla until milk is cold.

STEP 3
Work the egg, the two yolks, sugar, flour and cornflour and pour over the milk after removing the spices.

STEP 4
Cook at very low heat for about 10 minutes.

STEP 5
Until the cream thickens.

STEP 6
Spread in ramekins and put to cool.
