The Damiani Group Appoints its First CEO
Damiani Group has appointed Jérôme Favier as its new and first CEO. The manager, explains the official note, will have the task of “reorganizing the group to strengthen its leadership in the Italian and international markets”.
The manager has past collaborations with Danone and Unilever, but above all, since 1994, with the Richemont group, where he worked on the strategies of Cartier and Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Founded in 1924, Damiani is now also the owner of the Salvini, Bliss, Venini, Calderoni and Rocca brands. Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the group is still led by the founder’s family, now in its third generation.
