The Fruit of the Loom Brand is Sold in Israel
The capsule collection that hurt Bazaar about six months ago reminded us how much we missed the old and quality brand, and it seems not only us: now the comeback becomes more official than ever with the news of buying the franchise in the local arena, and the perfect sweatshirt is just a few clicks away.
Already half a year ago we could not hide the provincial excitement slightly and nostalgically in the segment that betrays our age from the capsule collection that landed in the bazaar, bringing to the beloved chain one of the most classic brands in the field: Fruit of the Loom. The shirts and sweatshirts with the colorful fruit logo reminded us how much we missed, and now it turns out that not only us.
“Kal Gev Sahar has received the official franchise for the international and iconic fruit brand Fruit of the loom and will invest NIS 5 million in its entry into Israel, adapting the collection to the Israeli public and later this year setting up its first flagship store,” the press release announced this morning (Sunday). We can already jump to Terminal X and treat ourselves to a gift for the new year.
“Prot of the Loom” was founded in 1871, which makes its high-quality basic tradition particularly old and faithful. The brand’s recognizable aesthetic is relevant not only due to the nostalgic factor but mainly due to the classic and clean design combined with the delicate colorful element – a formula with which prestigious and sought-after basic brands like The Pangaia are using the feed today.
