2) Historical – cultural tour through the city of Salto
Beyond enjoying the comfort of the hot springs who arrive at the destination, you should not miss visiting the most important historical and cultural points of the city.
Start at Artigas Square and the San Juan Bautista Cathedral and pass, among others, through the old Mercado 18 de Julio, the luxurious Museum of Fine Arts, the Larranaga Theater and the Archaeological and Natural Sciences Museum.
This circuit, approximately 2km long, invites you to walk through the city and discover its main distinctive features.

The Pulpería de Cacho Di Catarina – an inescapable historical site, preserved on the banks of the Luján River since 1830 – can be the first stop on a tour of this city, which combines milestones of historic tourism with the attractiveness of the Buenos Aires countryside.
