Vegetarian Soups Bean And Macaroni

3 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, cut into 8
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 liter of water
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tbsp dry parsley)
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil (or 1 tbsp dry basil)
1 C. chopped fresh oregano (or 1/2 tbsp dry oregano)
1 C. salt
3 1/2 cups canned white beans, drained
1/3 cup grated Parmesan

500 g macaroni

In a large saucepan, sauté onion in olive oil until translucent.
Add the garlic and continue cooking slowly.
Add the tomato sauce, water, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, white beans and Parmesan.
Simmer gently for 1 hour.
Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Drain them and add them to the soup.
