David Beckham was one of the most influential players in the English team, from the end of the last century and the beginning of this century.

David Beckham, was one of the most media-driven English players ever, and he dotted his class across clubs and across continents.

He is one of the few players who achieved the feat of winning league titles in four different countries, playing in the Premier League, LaLiga, MLS and Ligue 1.

In order to celebrate the return of this galactic, Electronic Arts recently revealed that anyone who plays FIFA 21 until January 15, 2021 will receive a unique and non-negotiable item from David Beckham on the FIFA Ultimate Team, and will receive it as BACK ‘ Groundbreaker ‘, from December 15, 2020.

Additionally, in recognition of his achievements on and off the football field, Beckham will be added to the game as a FIFA Ultimate Team icon starting in December.

“I am so proud to be returning to EA SPORTS with a cover edition of FIFA 21 Beckham … Excited to be back on the pitch as an icon with some of my former teammates,” commented David Beckham.

“Our goal is to continue to provide the most authentic and interactive football experience in the world,” said Nick Wlodyka, Vice President and GM, EA SPORTS FIFA. “Being able to give our players access to an icon like David Beckham is a great example of how we are constantly looking for new ways to make FIFA SPORTS even better for the community”.

FIFA 21 Standard Edition will also be temporarily updated on PlayStation and XBOX, with a Beckham Edition digital only cover during the holidays. The three levels of David Beckham Icon items will also be added to FIFA Ultimate Team, coming in packs throughout December 2020.

Meanwhile, it has also been revealed by EA Sports that players who purchase, or have already purchased, FIFA 21 for Xbox One and / or PlayStation 4 prior to the release of FIFA 22 will receive the Xbox Series X | S and / or PlayStation 5 version free of charge of the game they bought when the new games are released on December 4th.
