Epson Indonesia Established the Epson Solution Center

JAKARTA/ To support this year’s performance target, PT Epson Indonesia officially established the Epson Solution Center (ESC) as a center for information, solutions and technology for all of Epson‘s product lines.
Currently, PT Epson Indonesia, which is located in Jakarta, has 28 sales locations, with a total of 16 Epson Sales & Service and 12 Epson Service Centers. His party said that they would continue to expand their service coverage in Indonesia by inaugurating a new area of the Epson Solution Center.
Riswin Li, Head of Marketing Division of PT Epson Indonesia said, “This Epson New Solution Center is a form of embodiment of the vision and mission of Epson Indonesia in supporting the acceleration and convenience of technology.
“The presence of this showcase proves the company’s commitment to always serve customers excellently, especially the convenience and comfort for customers and consumers in using Epson products,” said Riswin in a written statement received by Kontan, Wednesday (30/3).
He continued, by carrying out the concept of With Technology and Sustainability for The Next Future, the new Epson Solution Center will be in line with the technology owned by Epson. It is also hoped that this center can provide convenience and complete facilities for its users.
“Initially the Epson Solution Center was located on the Mezzanie Floor of Cibis Nine Building, but due to the addition of superior products from Epson, PT Epson Indonesia officially moved the ESP area to a new area named LOT 304,” he said.
LOT 304 itself occupies a showroom with an area of 733.20 m2. The products from Epson are organized by category, such as Printers, Projectors, Scanners, and Robot Solutions are available so that customers can conveniently make purchases or service transactions based on the categories provided.
By carrying out a new theme, the Epson New Solution Center also provides services in the form of a feels like home facility, with an industrial atmosphere in the showroom building.
Head of Finance and Corporate Service Division of PT Epson Indonesia, M. Husni Nurdin added that visitors who come to LOT 304 can not only make purchases or service transactions, but also interact with Epson products.
“We facilitate the display of various superior products from Epson so that visitors can interact with Epson products that have been prepared to try. We believe that this can attract visitors to come to LOT 304 and provide an experience for customers before deciding to buy various products. the products we provide,” he added.
