Police Investigate the Disappearance of a statue of Marilyn Monroe

A statue representing Marilyn Monroe and her famous white dress raised by a draft are missing in Hollywood and the Los Angeles police have opened a proper investigation, with fingerprinting and neighborhood investigation, to find the trace of the star.

This statue, depicting the cult scene from the film “Seven Years of Reflection” (1955), adorned the summit of a small kiosk at the beginning of Hollywood’s famous “Walk of Fame,” a popular tourist monument.

According to the authorities, a witness saw a man climb the structure in the night from Sunday to Monday and use a saw to remove the statue of Marilyn.

Using a telescopic ladder provided by firefighters, police experts went to the crime scene to take fingerprints, but no inquiry had been held on Tuesday.
