The Global Economic Impact Forum on Ukraine took Place in Istanbul

This historic event took place in Istanbul, on the 21st and 22nd July 2022

The event was organized by the International Trade Council (‘ITC’), with government partners represented by the National Investment Council of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) of Ukraine, alongside 11 Ukrainian industry chambers and associations; including the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI) and the Turkish-Ukrainian Business Council. Combined, these 11 chambers and associations represent approximately 95% of the Ukrainian business community.

723 attendees joined in-person at the forum in Istanbul, with numerous meetings between participants taking place throughout the venue across both days of the event. In attendance, in addition to the Ukrainian governmental partners and chambers, were Fortune 500 CEOs, Members of Parliament from various nations, and other key stakeholders involved with supporting the economic continuity of Ukraine and the world.

Attendees had the opportunity of not only listening to the plenary sessions but to also engage in multiple and high-value face-to-face meetings with both public and private sector counterparts, decision-makers, and cooperation partners from the region and around the world – accomplishing one of the primary objectives of this event.
