The Jaguar F-Pace 2021 has been Officially Unveiled
Jaguar renews the F-Pace recreational vehicle, with noticeable changes in the exterior design, in the driver’s environment, equips it with a hybrid-moderate array and adds a hybrid-rechargeable version.
Five years after the launch of the Jaguar F-Pace, Jaguar’s first recreational vehicle, the British manufacturer is introducing a new version of this model. The base is of course the same – the same D7 platform, used by Jaguar-Land Rover‘s major recreational vehicles, the group’s engine lineup, describes a design similar to that of its predecessor – but the changes are big.
Improvements in the visible field
The changes made to the redesigned model design are very significant, and these include narrow and new LED headlights with an adaptive array, different bumpers, a larger and more pronounced grille and a more sculpted hood. The new hood, Jaguar said, has led to a reduction in the size of the spaces between the front body parts and their number. In general, the British emphasize that they have paid greater attention to the small external details.
Even bigger changes were made in the cabin and in the driver’s environment, and even there an emphasis was placed on handling details. Jaguar people say that the cabin of the original F-Pace was good, but admit that it was not amazing, and they came to fix it.
According to Jaguar, the quality of materials in the cabin is superior, and the design lines are much more modern. In the driver’s environment are projected sliders and an 11.4 “multimedia monitor, 48% larger than the retiring one, and it is made like a tablet placed in the center of the center console.
Changes in the traffic system
The refurbished Jaguar F-Pace will be offered with the current selection of Jaguar Land Rover engines – 2.0-liter and 3.0-liter engines, both in petrol and diesel – all with a hybrid-moderate array; In both petrol and diesel one version with an option without such an array. They are joined by a hybrid-rechargeable version. All versions have an eight-speed automatic transmission and dual propulsion.
The F-Pace will be offered in diesel with a 2.0-liter and 4-cylinder engine with 163 or 204 hp, or a 3.0-liter engine and 6-cylinder 300 hp; The latter even without the moderate hybrid array. At the front of the petrol are 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engines with 250 hp (even without the moderate hybrid array) or 3.0-liter 6-cylinder in-line with 340 or 400 hp.
In addition, a new plug-in hybrid version will be offered with a 2.0-liter engine and a combined output of 404 hp and 61.6 kg. The acceleration time from 0 to 100 km / h is 5.3 seconds, compared to 5.4 seconds in the 400 hp petrol version. This version has a battery of 17.1 kWh, and the driving range in electricity only is 53 km (WLTP). The charging time in a 32 kilowatt charger is 30 minutes to 80%.
F-Pace will come to us in a variety of engine versions, and these will include, in addition to the diesel and petrol engines, the hybrid-rechargeable version. Jaguar’s recreational vehicle will arrive in Israel in the first quarter of 2021, and the importer intends to maintain the current prices in the renewed model as well.
