Apple Officially Unveils when the Next Generation iPhone will Arrive

As previous rumors have already shown, Apple has now officially confirmed that it is going to officially unveil the next generation of iPhone in a special event to be held on the 10th of September. The event will take place at the Steve Jobs Theater at the company’s new headquarters in California, precisely at 10 am local time.

According to previous rumors and leaks, Apple is expected to announce three new smartphones at the event to succeed the iPhone XR, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max released last year. Apparently, all three of these new smartphones will get an additional camera in the back so that the back of the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will have three cameras in their rear interface, while the successor of the phone iPhone XR two cameras.

Moreover, the front camera may get the option to capture slow-motion scenes at 120 frames per second, and it has also been said that the rear of the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will get wireless charging for the AirPods case. Regardless, it is expected that all three new models will retain the same size and resolution at the screen level, and may all continue to use Lightning instead of switching to USB Type-C.

Apple is sure to include the new Apple A13 processor in all three new iPhones, as well as using Haptic Touch technology instead of 3D Touch. Moreover, we have recently heard that the TrueDepth 3D camera, which is responsible for Face ID, has been developed to support wider angles which could allow the phone to open even if it is on the table. Support for 5G networks will be missing in new iPhone models, but it may be present in upcoming models in 2020, at least if previous reports are true.
