Chrysler Dealerships in Puerto Rico Redesigned After a $10 Million Investment

FCA Caribbean‘s objective was to improve customer service in eight establishments around the island.
Chrysler dealerships in Puerto Rico redesigned after a $10 million investment.
The general manager of FCA Caribbean, Ricardo Garcia, assured that the objective of the remodeling was to improve customer service.
The eight redesigned dealerships are: Alberic Chrysler on Kennedy Ave. Autocentro Chrysler in Caguas, AutoGrupo Chrysler in Rio Piedras, Benitez Chrysler in Humacao, Cabrera Chrysler in Arecibo, Flagship Chrysler in Bayamon, Triangle Chrysler in Mayagüez and Ponce.
“It is our priority that the consumer who supports us can have a great experience when visiting the facilities of our dealer network and that these present the identity of the brands,” Garcia said in a press release.
The remodeling work was directed by the architectural firm YSM Designs, who certify each project in accordance with corporate specifications.
In the design of the Jeep brand showroom, an area with bamboo elements stands out, inspiring freedom and adventure.
For the Jeep brand, and supporting the recent launch of the Grand Wagoneer luxury model, a special area was also established for this model that is identified with its style and personality. In this area, the customer will have access to a premium “snacks” area according to this model, which is still 4×4 off-road, with a new level of luxury.
Meanwhile, for the Ram, Chrysler and Dodge brands, elements were created that connect with the “performance” and versatility of the brands. On the outside, gray colors are presented that represent technology and brown alluding to nature.
Among the improvements to the facilities that were made to the dealers are a large hall with a modern design, better lighting, an innovative space for sales consultants where consumers have access to a triple contact area with the entire sales operation, service and parts.
“The service that our clients receive is a priority for us, it is for this reason that we made this investment, which generated hundreds of jobs, direct and indirect, in all our facilities in an effort to support local commerce. The support of the owners of the concessionaires has been key in being able to ensure that the entire network has completed the remodeling of its facilities after overcoming the challenges of both construction and limitation of materials of the past 24 months. This represents the commitment and solidity of our local operation for being in constant evolution to guarantee the consumer experience, García mentioned.
The renewal of the dealerships was renewed as the brands prepare to receive one electric vehicle per model before 2025.
