Coca-Cola Europacific Partners recorded revenue of 4,154 million euros in the first quarter of the year, which is 12% more than the same period of the previous year. In Spain and Portugal, sales increased by 20.5%, to 655 million euros.

As detailed in a statement sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the multinational’s bottling company has not detected “significant changes in underlying consumer demand.”

The company’s CEO, Damian Gammell, has highlighted that the company had “an encouraging start to the year, delivering solid top-line growth as consumers continue to enjoy our portfolio of leading brands in a broad offering of packages. Our performance reflects excellent execution in the market with further growth in the home channel and the end of the continued recovery of the out-of-home channel, resulting in strong volume growth in our developed markets.”

He has also recognized that, although “usually” the first quarter “is the smallest”, “it has prepared us very well for the rest of the year”.

Thus, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has reaffirmed its objectives for 2023, ensuring that “the outlook for the fiscal year reflects current market conditions.”

“We remain focused on driving profitable revenue growth and strong free cash flow and I am pleased to confidently reaffirm our full-year 2023 guidance, despite a dynamic outlook. We are confident we have the right strategy, realized from sustainably, to meet our ambitious medium-term growth targets that demonstrate the strength and resilience of our business and our ability to deliver ongoing shareholder value,” Gammell concluded.

On the other hand, the company has announced that on May 25 it will pay a dividend of 0.67 euros per share on account of the first semester.
