Hong Kong Stocks Opened Higher and Lower

The People’s Bank of China announced on Friday that it will cut the deposit rate by 0.5 percentage points from next Monday (16th), and the city commercial banks will cut the deposit reserve ratio by 1 percentage point in the next month and in November. Although the PBOC once again made a move, it did not have a significant stimulating effect on the Hong Kong stock market. The market once saw a high of 26,807 points. After that, it turned down and fell to a low of 26,609 points, eventually falling below 10 points.

The Hang Seng Index closed at 26,681 points, down 9 points; the China Enterprises Index closed at 10,417 points, down 14 points, with a turnover of 72.4 billion yuan.
