As of June 2021, the report of the Ministry of Finance covers 34% of the total debt. Domestic debt accounts for 66% of total debt. The total debt is estimated at Rs 157.3 per dollar

According to the Ministry of Finance, total foreign debt is equivalent to 74.9% of GDP. Pakistan has borrowed 7. 7.38 billion from the IMF.

The Paris Club has 10.72 billion and the Multilateral has 33 33.83 billion in loans. The World Bank has 18.13 billion in loans. The Asian Development Bank has 13 13.42 billion in loans.
