Manchester United have signed Moroccan midfielder Sofyan Amrabat on loan from Fiorentina for 8.5 million pounds (10 million euros).

Amrabat, who stood out in the last World Cup in Qatar and made his name sound for teams like Barcelona, becomes United’s sixth signing in this summer market and the fourth on the last day of the signing window.

The English club saves a purchase option of 21 million pounds.

Erik ten Hag, United’s coach, has already worked with the Moroccan at Utrecht in the Netherlands.
