Food 150 grams of salmon to the orange or in another preparation and 120 grams of potato.
Dinner Broccoli salad with 200 grams of cooked chickpeas.

THURSDAY

Food Lentil cream and a two-egg omelette
Dinner Vegetable salad, a slice of whole wheat or rye bread and 60 grams of  turkey.

FRIDAY

Food 75 grams of pasta or rice with 100 grams of chicken or turkey
Dinner 100 grams of sea bream in the microwave or in another preparation and a seasonal fruit

SATURDAY

Food 150 grams of baked sweet potato with 100 grams of grilled veal.
Dinner Vegetable salad and 30 grams of nuts with 150 grams of grilled tofu and a seasonal fruit.

Food Salad of lentils (100 grams) and quinoa (50 grams).
