Britain Cuts its Economic Growth Forecast to 4% in 2021

British Treasury Secretary Rishi Sunak announced today, Wednesday, that the UK’s GDP growth in 2021 will reach 4 percent and 7.3 percent in 2022.

During the presentation of the country’s draft budget to Parliament, the British minister said that the ministry had expected earlier this year to grow GDP in 2021 by 5.5 percent and 6.6 percent in 2022.
According to the updated projections, the economy will grow by 1.7 percent in 2023, 1.6 percent in 2024, and 1.7 percent in 2025.
