Junghans unveiled two new iterations of his famous and sober max bill. On the program: a clean design served by warm colors.

In 2018, Junghans is making its line max bill, a range of classic automatic and quartz watches, available in both 3-hand and chronograph versions.

At the beginning of the year 1950, Junghans entrusts to the Swiss Max Bill, sculptor, architect, painter, designer , the realization of a kitchen clock.

The success is such that the artist, disciple of the Bauhaus, conceived in 1961 his first wristwatch for the German watchmaker, a first that is at the origin of one of the pillars of the current catalog of the brand established in Schramberg , enriched every year with new references.

While the max bill collection consists of watches with polished steel housings, these two newcomers display a steel case that has benefited from a pale gold PVD treatment.

Playing the card of coherence, Junghans animates his max bill of needles of the same color as that of the box.

Sharp with the colors traditionally adopted by the range (silver or black), these two automatic men’s watches have a matte silver facewith a light gray finish and are dressed in a gray leather strap.

These two new Junghans max bill reflect the minimalist identity and seductive codes of the range, fine and simple box, very reasonable dimensions (38mm in diameter), domed dial punctuated or not with Arabic numerals or Plexiglas curved glass.

The German watchmaker adds this time warm colors that you will appreciate the softness, pale gold PVD treatment for the box, light gray finish for the dial and shade that pulls the mole for the bracelet.

The set gives the model a very vintage look and a touch of luxury that is however nothing ostentatious.
